Oh I am feeling so random today so I am so thankful it’s Tuesday!  Prepare for a random roller coaster.

Update on BM10.

We weren’t able to start another cycle because I have two really big cysts on my ovaries.  So they put me on birth control pills for a month to try and get rid of them.  Ironic, right?  We are desperately trying to get pregnant and the put me on birth control?  That was a hard pill to swallow.  Pun intended.  So I am just putting it all in the doctors hands and hoping for the best.  I am scared but so hoping we will be able to start another cycle of injections in a couple weeks.

Terrible twos are up in full swing.  I may at any moment feel compelled to slit my wrists.  But I hold strong in knowing the tween and teen years are just around the corner.   lol

Seriously though.  I feel like Monk spends 24 hours a day in time out!  I am starting to have my doubts about the effectiveness of this whole “naughty spot” thing.

Oh and his favorite words at the moment are “STOP!” and “NO!”  I am pretty sure that random strangers think that I am torturing my child every time we are at the store.  Because when I am simply trying to get him to stay in his seat in the cart, he is screaming “NO MAMA! STOP! NO! STOP! NOOOOO!!”  all the while continuing to whine and cry in this little you have to feel sorry for him whimper.  *eyeroll*

The dogwoods are starting to bloom.  They look so beautiful!  I need to get a pic to show you.  My allergies on the other hand think they are evil.

We joined a couples group.  There are five other couples and we all have kids.  I was apprehensive at first but I am super stoked to hang out with other sane adults.  I am really looking forward to getting together once a week with them.  Lets just hope they don’t all realize I am a complete loon and send me packin.  Being around normal people always makes a little nervous.

We went and saw Avatar last night.  And OMG how come nobody told me it was that frickin AWWMAZING!  I cried and laughed and cheered and cried some more.  It was in the top three of the best movies I have ever seen.  Maybe even number 1.  It was sooooo good!  I can’t wait to see it again.

This time I will bring my snuggie instead of having Tank run to the car and get me Monkey’s dinosaur blanket to try and wrap up in.  Those theaters are FREEZING!

And FYI, Tank will still be lucky to have a sexy hot Mama on his arm because my snuggie is zebra print.  Jealous much?

In the world of blog etiquette, I may not know the code.  But I do know what pisses me off.  These things piss me off…

• When I comment on someone’s blog several times and they NEVER so much as visit mine.  Like WTF? Are they better than me??  Don’t answer that.
• When I ask a question on someone’s blog and they never, ever give me an answer and pretty much just blow me the hell off.  Pfft
• The fact that I am following like ten billion (sursly) blogs and I have like 2 people following mine.
• The fact that I am so totally concerned about these things in the first place.  Wow I need friends.

You may or may not have noticed when I posted the picture of our NEW AWESOME kitchen table that there was a puzzle on there.  See?

It is of Times Square NY.  It is a bugger but OH HOW I LOVE IT!  <—yes i just yelled that.  Out.Loud.

The day that we got our new table, I rushed out to buy a puzzle.  I LOVE puzzles and was so excited to finally have a table big enough to build on on.

It’s so nice to chat over a puzzle instead of plant on the couch and watch TV.  It’s a lot more time together and I love it.  We even spent our Saturday night over Coronas while puzzle building and listening to awesome music.  It was one of the best nights we have had in a long time.  I had a BLAST.  I can’t wait to do it again.
